This day trip starts from Marrakech towards Essaouira town around 08 a.m. This fascinating town has long been considered as one of the best anchorages of the Moroccan coast. The bay at Essaouira is partially sheltered by the island of Mogador, making it a peaceful harbor protected against strong Marin winds.
Along the way, we stop for a visit of a local Cooperative of the Argan oil before we reach Essaouira and its traditional medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which offers an exciting range of craft goods including exquisite marquetry, made from the fragrant local thuya wood. Lunch is to be enjoyed in sea fruit restaurant. In the afternoon, drive back to Marrakech.
